This course supports teachers, school leaders and education professionals in developing practical strategies to strengthen resilience in both students and educators. In a context of increasing academic pressure, behavioural challenges and emotional demands in schools, resilience has become a key competence for sustainable learning and wellbeing.
Participants will explore how resilience is built through mindset, relationships, classroom climate and school culture. The training combines evidence-based approaches from positive psychology, social-emotional learning (SEL), stress management and trauma-informed education, always translated into practical classroom tools.
The course is highly interactive, with a strong focus on reflection, case studies, collaborative problem-solving and the design of ready-to-use classroom strategies.
