SPARK - Somatic Presence, Awareness & Resilience through Kundalini

6 days

SPARK introduces educators to Kundalini Yoga — one of the most powerful and fastest-acting systems for building resilience, managing energy, and cultivating inner stillness — within a rigorous Erasmus+ pedagogical framework. Unlike gentle hatha yoga, Kundalini works directly with the nervous system, the breath, and the glandular system to produce rapid, measurable changes in energy, focus, and emotional regulation.

Developed by the trainer specifically for the educator context, SPARK requires no prior yoga experience and is fully adaptable for participants with physical limitations. Each session connects Kundalini practices to concrete classroom applications and resilience science.
