GLOW - Growth, Legal Literacy & Ownership for Women in Education
6 days
GLOW is the only Erasmus+ course that combines leadership development, legal literacy, and embodied empowerment specifically designed for women in education. Despite representing the majority of Europe’s teaching workforce, women remain significantly underrepresented in school leadership roles.
Drawing on the trainer’s unique background as a practising lawyer and certified coach, GLOW equips participants with the assertiveness tools, legal knowledge, and inner authority to claim their professional space — in the staffroom, at the negotiating table, and in European mobility programmes.
Learning Outcomes
Participants to the course will learn to:
Understand the structural and psychological barriers to women’s advancement in European educational leadership
Apply assertiveness and boundary-setting frameworks in professional contexts
Navigate key aspects of employment law relevant to teacher mobility, contracts, and workplace rights
Understand Erasmus+ KA1 rights and obligations as a participant and as a future project leader
Use coaching tools to identify personal leadership style and expand its range
Design a concrete Leadership Development Plan with 90-day action steps
