Wellbeing and positive education are essential pillars for creating resilient, inclusive and high-performing school communities. This course is designed for teachers, school leaders and education professionals who want to actively promote wellbeing at individual, classroom and whole-school levels.
Participants will explore the principles of positive education, drawing on research from positive psychology, resilience studies and social-emotional learning. The course focuses on practical strategies to improve student wellbeing, strengthen teacher resilience and foster a supportive school culture.
Special attention is given to building strong relationships, promoting mental health awareness, developing resilience skills and designing school-wide wellbeing initiatives that can be realistically implemented in different educational contexts.
