B.R.A.I.N. RESET MADEIRA - Body Regulation and Attention Integration for Neurological Learning
6 days
B.R.A.I.N. RESET MADEIRA is a practical training course designed to help educators understand how attention, stress and learning are directly influenced by brain function and body regulation.
The course combines applied neuroscience, classroom practice and body-based regulation techniques (inspired by yoga and coaching approaches) to improve student focus, reduce cognitive overload and support more effective learning environments.
Teachers will learn how to translate basic neuroeducational principles into simple, classroom-ready strategies that enhance attention, memory and emotional balance in learners.
Learning Outcomes
Participants to the course will learn to:
Understand basic principles of how the brain processes learning and attention
Identify the impact of stress on memory, focus and behaviour
Apply simple body-based regulation techniques to improve classroom attention
Reduce cognitive overload in lesson design and delivery
Support students with attention and emotional regulation difficulties
Integrate short “brain reset” routines into daily teaching practice
Design learning activities aligned with how the brain learns best
