E.M.O.T.I.O.N. LEADERSHIP MADEIRA is an advanced training course designed to strengthen teachers’ and school leaders’ ability to manage emotions, relationships and classroom climate with clarity, consistency and confidence.
The course focuses on emotional leadership in education, helping participants understand how emotions influence behaviour, communication, decision-making and learning environments.
Using coaching strategies, practical classroom scenarios and simple regulation techniques, participants learn how to lead emotionally complex situations in schools while maintaining stability, authority and empathy.
