RESET - Restoring Energy, Somatic Awareness & Embodied Teaching

6 days

Teaching is one of the most physically and neurologically demanding professions in Europe. RESET is a body-first professional development course that addresses burnout, chronic stress, and energy depletion through somatic coaching, polyvagal-informed practices, and conscious movement.

Participants learn to read the signals of their own nervous system, regulate their physiological state with precision, and bring embodied presence into the classroom. The course integrates yoga, breathwork, somatic experiencing, and voice work into a coherent pedagogical framework that teachers can apply immediately and teach to their students.

  • Body scan and baseline nervous system assessment.

  • Evening practice: restorative yoga sequence for deep rest.

  • Journaling: where does tension live in my body?

Tuesday - Breath is the Remote Control
