Self-awareness is the foundation of effective teaching, emotional balance and professional growth. This course is designed to help teachers deepen their understanding of themselves as educators, individuals and members of a school community.
Through guided reflection, practical exercises and coaching-inspired techniques, participants will explore their values, strengths, beliefs and behavioural patterns in the classroom. The course supports teachers in developing greater emotional clarity, resilience and purpose in their professional practice.
Special attention is given to stress management, professional identity, communication style and personal growth strategies that can be integrated into daily school life. The course promotes sustainable personal development, helping teachers improve both wellbeing and professional effectiveness.
