Through guided reflection, practical exercises and coaching-inspired techniques, participants will explore their values, strengths, beliefs and behavioural patterns in the classroom. The course supports teachers in developing greater emotional clarity, resilience and purpose in their professional practice.


Special attention is given to stress management, professional identity, communication style and personal growth strategies that can be integrated into daily school life. The course promotes sustainable personal development, helping teachers improve both wellbeing and professional effectiveness.

Day 1 – Understanding Self-Awareness in Teaching

Day 2 – Values, Beliefs and Teaching Practice

  • Core values in education

  • How beliefs influence classroom behaviour

  • Aligning personal values with professional practice

  • Guided reflection activities


Day 3 – Strengths and Growth Areas

  • Identifying personal strengths as a teacher

  • Recognising areas for development without judgement

  • Feedback and self-reflection tools

  • Strength-based teaching approach


Day 4 – Emotional Awareness and Triggers

  • Emotional patterns in classroom situations

  • Identifying triggers and reactions

  • Developing emotional regulation strategies

  • Practical case analysis


Day 5 – Communication and Professional Identity

  • How communication reflects self-awareness

  • Assertiveness and authenticity in teaching

  • Relationships with students, parents and colleagues

Day 6 – Personal Development Plan for Teachers

  • Designing a structured personal growth plan

  • Setting realistic professional goals
