Mindfulness has become an essential tool for improving wellbeing, focus, emotional regulation and classroom climate. This course is designed for teachers and education professionals who want to integrate mindfulness practices into their personal routines and classroom practice in a realistic, non-dogmatic and school-friendly way.
Participants will experience a variety of mindfulness techniques adapted to educational contexts, including breathing practices, attention training, body awareness and short classroom interventions. The course also explores the neuroscience behind attention and stress, helping teachers understand how mindfulness supports learning and behaviour.
The training focuses on practical application, ensuring that participants leave with ready-to-use tools for both their own wellbeing and their students’ development.
