Emotional Intelligence for Teachers: Practical Classroom Tools
6 days
Emotional intelligence is one of the most important competences for effective teaching, positive classroom management and healthy school environments. This course is designed to help teachers understand, develop and apply emotional intelligence skills in their daily practice.
Participants will explore how emotions influence learning, behaviour and relationships in the classroom. The training combines theory from emotional intelligence and neuroscience with highly practical tools that can be immediately used in school contexts.
Special focus is given to self-awareness, emotional regulation, empathy, social skills and conflict management. Teachers will learn how to recognise emotional dynamics in students and themselves, and how to respond in constructive, calm and pedagogically effective ways.
