MASTER CLASSROOM MADEIRA is a practical, hands-on training course focused on strengthening classroom management through structured routines, proactive behaviour strategies and attention regulation techniques.


The course equips teachers with tools to create calm, focused and inclusive classrooms, improving learning conditions through consistency, teacher presence and effective communication.


It combines pedagogical strategies with social-emotional regulation approaches and simple body-based techniques to support attention, behaviour and classroom climate.


A field-based learning experience in Madeira allows participants to observe group dynamics and behaviour in real contexts.

Day 1 – Classroom Control & Teacher Presence (Indoor)

  • Foundations of effective classroom management

  • Teacher authority, consistency and expectations

  • Preventing disruption through structure

  • Building a stable learning environment


Day 2 – Field Trip: Behaviour & Group Dynamics in Action (Outdoor Learning – Madeira)

  • Observation of group behaviour in real environments

  • Attention, focus and social interaction outside the classroom

  • Leadership and group regulation tasks

  • Linking outdoor behaviour patterns to classroom realities

  • Reflective debrief: what transfers to school practice


Day 3 – Routines, Structure & Predictability (Indoor)

  • Designing effective classroom routines

  • Managing transitions and reducing downtime

  • Preventing disruption through planning

  • Structuring learning flow for engagement

Day 4 – Attention, Engagement & Learning Focus (Indoor)

  • Student-Centered Learning strategies in practice

  • Increasing participation and on-task behaviour

  • Attention management techniques

  • Engagement across different learner profiles

Day 5 – Inclusion & Behaviour Challenges (Indoor)

  • ASD and ADHD in mainstream classrooms

  • Managing disruptive and challenging behaviour

  • Preventing exclusion through structure

  • Supporting diverse learning needs in practice

Day 6 – Communication, Regulation & Integration (Indoor + Closing Practice)

  • Conflict Management in school contexts

  • Teacher voice, language and authority tools

  • Social and Emotional Intelligence applied to classrooms

  • Short regulation techniques for focus and reset (body-based tools)

  • Personal classroom action plan

  • Certification ceremony

Course participants will receive training and engage in exercises designed to develop their skills as trainers. The provision of additional materials or resources will be determined based on the course structure and the instructor’s approach to meeting the learning objectives​​
