SHIFT - Self-Healing, Insight & Future Thinking for Educators
6 days
SHIFT is a transformative professional development course designed for educators who are ready to step back, reflect deeply, and consciously design their professional future. Drawing on life-coaching methodology (ICF framework), positive psychology, and somatic awareness, SHIFT guides participants through a structured journey of self-assessment, values clarification, and intentional goal-setting.
Unlike generic resilience courses, SHIFT combines the analytical rigour of professional coaching with embodied practices to produce real, lasting change. Participants leave with a concrete personal renewal plan and a practical coaching toolkit to support their students and colleagues.
