his course aims to promote training and learning contexts particularly suited to the ongoing technological, organizational and socio-cultural changes, as well as to the skills in a digital world. The participants will be provided with tools that increase inclusion and the students’ attention during classes. Furthermore, different programs and apps will be the focus of study so that participants will be able to use them autonomously throughout the pedagogical process.

Participants will also have the opportunity to enter contact with different elements of Portuguese  Heritage in an outdoor environment. The region of the North of Portugal will be the emphasis of the heritage education provided in this course. The region is very rich in traditions, constructed heritage, natural landscape and gastronomy. Through the exploration of various elements of Portuguese heritage, participants will be challenged to look at their own cultural elements and to understand better what makes us equal and what makes us unique and what needs to be preserved for the future generations.

Heritage education helps to develop a better understanding and respect of our living environment, ourselves and others. The participants will be provided with different tools and ideas to inspire the students’ critical thinking and motivation, aiming to prevent early school dropouts.
