This course offers an immersive experience in promoting well-being and mental health within the school environment. Located at the serene Ferragudo Beach in the Algarve, this course provides an ideal setting for educators to develop and enhance their personal and professional lives. Participants will learn mindfulness, yoga, and meditation techniques to improve their well-being and support their students' mental health.
